It’s really inspiring so see such a sexy looking and professional vehicle for getting left-lib ideas out of obscurity and into peoples’ hands. I’m truly happy and impressed at this. To Chris, Brad and everyone else, goes my gratitude.
The “Noncommercial” part of the CC license doesn’t seem like it squares with IP abolitionism. Seems like a bad idea in practical terms, as well. Don’t we want people to reprint and sell our writings?
@Chris — Good point. I hadn’t paid attention to the license beyond barely noticing that it was Creative Commons. Sounds like that would be an issue to raise with the publisher.
As for the license, I tried to use the least restrictive that reserved the individual rights to the authors. Perhaps I can use a different Creative Commons license. Please advice if you have any other suggestions. I can be reached at chris(at)chrislempa.info.
FYI - I don’t care what people do with my finished product. I was trying to “protect” the individual authors.

Attribution-ShareAlike is probably what you’d want. The ShareAlike (more commonly known as copyleft) provision is a simple negation of copyright (it prohibits prohibition of sharing), and the Attribution provision is a simple anti-fraud measure.
Chris-
Sounds like a good suggestion. FYI, here is the updated version of that license: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/.
