Hey, dummy!

You! Yes, YOU! I’m talking to you.

Market anarchism and anarchist communism, in terms of a stateless society rather than as bodies of thought, are the same thing. Both necessarily imply a pluralism that must incorporate the other vision as well.

Free people will live how they damned well please.

  • This is something I find myself saying a lot. There’s only one kind of anarchy. The various schools of thought are merely different perspectives on it or strategies for achieving it.

Exactly…I read on both sides of the anarchist fence about how the other side isn’t “real” anarchism.

In reality, under anarchism, one town or neighbourhood might self-organize as anarcho-communist or anarcho-syndicalist (which even Von Mises thought was the only viable socialism) and the next on might be anarcho-capitalist or mutualist. Hell I might live in one and work in the other. As long as its voluntary and everyone is happy, who cares?
