SDS/MDS is an option for left libertarians

I just want to reiterate my support for the new Students for a Democratic Society (SDS), the revival of the legendary 60’s New Left radical group. You may find it’s a pretty good avenue for your activism, particularly if there’s a scarcity of other left libertarians and/or anarchists in your local area and you need to find a non-sectarian and reasonably anti-authoritarian radical left group to work with. Heck, you may even want to organize your own autonomous chapter.

You can keep up with the latest from SDS (and their non-student auxiliary, Movement for a Democratic Society) at Next Left Notes, where you’ll find great stuff like this report on the recent “arrest Bush” action.
